This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A classroom iPad would be a dream come true for my Special Education kiddos!

By donating to our project, you will be helping to support the learning of our special education kiddos to help them succeed in their inclusive classrooms.

I would like to give my students access to materials and technology that will help promote their learning. Because my kiddos are special educated, they can often feel embarrassed about getting out of their seat to see the anchor charts on the walls in class. To keep them from feeling this way, they will use the iPad to access anchor charts at their small group table for them to see images/anchor charts up close and zoom in and out to help them guide their way through class assignments and during small group.

Students will also be able to do activities on the iPad and be rewarded with iPad time for meeting their goals. It will also be used to track student progress.
