I need an iPad to help provide my students with multiple opportunities to communicate and learn through a variety of methods.

My Project

Working as a speech-language pathologist having an iPad would provide my varied students with multiple opportunities to target language, communication, and articulation goals. I have many students who currently have or should have AAC (alternative augmentative communication) devices and this would aid in assessing their capabilities in using AAC devices. Additionally, I would be able to download a variety of speech-specific apps that can help target each student's specific goal utilizing games, visuals, written aids, and so on. Lastly, the iPad would also assist me and my colleagues in assessing students on the go or provide us with the ability to be more hands on with visuals during push-in lessons.
