This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Hello! I am requesting an iPad because as the world is evolving into a technology driven society, I want to be able to teach my students how to use technology in a safe manner that can be beneficial to them.
The iPad will be beneficial to my students as they will be able to do learning online which can support my auditory and visual learners.
According to heads start standards, it is apart of our fidelity to have technology incorporated in their learning and having this iPad will allow my students to have the materials to do so. I plan to use the iPad to mirror videos onto the classroom apple tv for music and movement, practice their literacy skills through Vooks and boom cards, and use other educational sites to support STEM learning through interactive videos and activities. I will also be able to use this iPad to support my teaching practices by being able to lesson plan, individualized, and do assessments on the iPad. I can also use the iPad to prepare for the day or week.
