Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students need iPad cases and headsets to continue to power up their learning. My students are mostly autistic and have diverse learning needs. Technology provides my students with an engaging educational experience, especially during reading and literacy activities that build essential skills.
These iPad cases and headsets will create a calm, distraction-free learning environment where my students can better focus, regulate their sensory needs, and participate fully in their educational activities.
Durable iPad cases will protect our iPads from the enthusiastic explorations typical of kindergarteners, preventing damage from drops and spills. Having headsets will support students with sensory sensitivities, allowing them to work comfortably at their own pace with limited distractions. These materials will help keep our technology safe and accessible to our students for years to come.
