My Students

My students love to learn! They love to be creative with their iPads! In fact, their work is much more creative and thoughtful when they use their iPads. The iPads do not always come to school charged. My students come from a variety of ethnic and racial backgrounds. There is 97% poverty in my school and we receive Title I funds. Nearly 20% of the students I teach have special needs. Given these facts, the students love to learn and would greatly benefit from having chargers to use while in school and to take home as needed, something to make them more motivated and more successful!

My Project

We are a STEM school with one-to-one technology. It is often difficult to keep a charge on a device that is being used constantly.

My students need to be able to recharge and tap into the power of learning.

The chargers will ensure that my students have a way to keep the learning process flowing while at home as well as at school. They will be able to stay engaged without interruption and learn to be responsible with their own devices. With your help, you will assist in making this project possible.
