My Project

My goal in my reading intervention room is to make sure that my space is inviting and comfortable for students. The kids that come to my room often dread coming - because reading is hard. When they are comfortable or excited to come to my room it is one less obstacle for them to overcome.

I want to use this project to create a reading nook for students.

I already have things in my room such as a rocking chair and a small loveseat which has improved the mentality of kids coming into my room. I just need a few more pieces such as the rotating bookshelf, bean bag, and various pillows to make the rest of the room as comfortable and organized.
