Intriguing Activities to Facilitate Learning

My Students

The students in this special education gifted classroom are unique. They are considerate of one another and are striving to live out our class motto, 'Speak Life,' in the way they communicate with one another. This is a predominately low-income, Title I school. The students in this class work hard to ensure a positive, respectful environment for all learners.

The students have a multitude of learning styles, but love to collaborate and interact with their peers.

They use hands-on materials to learn and are bright and inquisitive. Many have a love of reading materials of all genres. They love to play educational games and work through logic puzzles. The students also love the challenge of a STEM activity.

My Project

I am requesting Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards which will be used to purchase lessons that are challenging and engaging. Students will solve problems and conduct research utilizing higher order, critical thinking skills, creativity, and real-world application.

The TpT resources will incorporate learning standards for content areas of math, science, social studies, reading, writing, engineering, and technology.

The materials and lessons purchased will allow students to be able to reach their individual learning goals, even though instruction is all virtual for the time being. Thank you for your support in helping our students access enriching lessons and resources.
