My Project
My hard-working, brave students are from a high poverty area in Salt Lake City, Utah, where drugs and violence are common in their neighborhoods. Most of their families are first generation immigrants.
Please help me keep my students engaged and competing for some rewards or prizes, as my small groups have the kids who are the lowest academically or are brand new to our country.
I am requesting some fun prizes for their hard work in my groups, as well as some ESL ideas, some fidgets, math and phonics help.
