Intervention Materials that Make an Impact!

My Project

Thank you so much for considering my project. As the English Learner and Intervention Coordinator, I am always on the lookout for the best materials to help students succeed. Hands on learning is so important for students who need additional opportunities to learn or instruction that allows them to visualize their learning.

Learning comes alive through great instruction with great materials.

Some of the materials I have included to help English learners include miniature food models and sequencing cards. For math learners, I have included place value mats and containers for math manipulatives that we currently have that need to be organized.

The Handwriting Without Tears Materials will help our Kindergarten and 1st grade intervention groups that are focused on handwriting. The pencil grips will help those students who are struggling to hold the pencil properly.
