The dry erase clipboards are a hit - they love using them to draw what they hear or write what their classmates are saying. Additionally, the clipboards allow them to have more flexible seating for other activities. This is where the fruit pillow cushions come in. The older students use them to sit on the floor and to make their chairs more comfortable. My younger students enjoy using them for games using food and color vocabulary! The clear containers keep them organized and visible.\r\n\r\nThe clock has been a fun addition to our puzzle corner for free choice time. It is so helpful to reinforce what they are learning in their homerooms in Spanish!\r\n\r\nYounger students love puppets and the stand helps keep them organized, as well as show students which choices remain. Sometimes speaking with the puppet is easier than speaking with me or another classmate. It also allows for them to have more creative thinking and not worry if their answers are correct.\r\n\r\nThe dice allow for fun games, and the color coding is perfect to be able to create a variety of games without having to waste paper printing off different questions. Student ask for stations all the time!\r\n\r\nI really appreciate your support of early language learning! Several kids immediately started talking over each other, pointing out what they noticed, and asking, \"Can we use this today?\" Their faces said everything: they felt seen, supported, and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nWe've already begun using the materials during our literacy blocks and project-based lessons. My students are currently working on a research and writing unit, and these resources have helped them collaborate more effectively, stay organized, and push their thinking. One group used the new supplies to plan out their entire project on paper before moving to the computers—something they've never done so confidently before. Another student who usually hesitates to participate proudly shared her work because she felt prepared and supported by the tools available.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, our classroom feels more structured, creative, and student-empowered.\r\nYou didn't just give us supplies—you gave my students the chance to experience learning with pride and independence.\r\n\r\nOur next steps include continuing our \"Fueling Minds & Hearts\" work through ongoing reading, writing, and hands-on activities. They would always rush over to get a wobble stool as soon as they could, and it really helped a lot of them stay focused on their work. Students would take their expo markers around the room to use on our walls of whiteboards. I only gave each partner group one marker so students learned how to work together and share to solve problems in language arts and math. Sometimes you could spot my students working outside and around the classroom on their new clipboards. Last (but certainly not least), students loved having all the different fidget toys to help them stay focused in the classroom and at home.\r\nAll of your contributions were so helpful to my kindergarten classroom. It was like a birthday party opening them all up!\r\nThe filing cabinet and file folders helped me (the teacher) organize all the papers and projects for this school year. The students used the plastic trays to create many of our projects on. It was easy to clean up and store all of our creations! We used the charging docks and chargers for our iPads and the shoe holder so students could easily access their headphones. The mini fridge helped save students from many anxious trips to the nurse's office (it's a long walk from the kinder classrooms) because we had ice packs stored in the freezer. And of course you know they couldn't resist rolling around in the office chair and stool during center time. They felt just like the teacher when they got to use them!\r\nAll of these items helped my students have a successful school year, and I know next years students will enjoy them as well.
