it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project is all about filling our classroom prize box with fun little rewards. These trinkets and toys are things students can earn when they go above and beyond—like being extra helpful, kind, or putting in great effort. It gives them something fun to work toward and keeps our classroom a positive place.
Incentives like these truly make a difference in how students engage and participate each day.
Kids love earning a reward, and it pushes them to stay focused, do their best, and take pride in what they do. A simple toy or sticker can go a long way in encouraging good choices.
My students are awesome. They come from an underserved part of our community, and their families work hard to support them. Even with challenges outside of school, they show up ready to learn. They deserve to be recognized—and this project helps make that happen in a fun, kid-friendly way.
