My Project

My K-4 students are active and inquisitive children. Now, more than ever, children need technology and interactive visual support to enhance their learning and growth.

Technology is essential in a modern classroom, and my students would greatly benefit from an interactive whiteboard for music classes.

This will allow me to screencast slideshows, videos, lessons, assignments, and interactive activities for all of the students to see clearly. The whiteboard will also eliminate the need for a projector cart in the middle of the floor, increasing student safety during movement activities. With an interactive whiteboard students will be better able to remain engaged in lessons, learn new skills, and grow as musicians.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
