This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Interactive technology would help to enhance the types of lessons I can teach as well as the engagement levels amongst my students. Post-pandemic and virtual learning, students are entering the classroom with such a wide range of abilities. There is a great need for differentiated learning. As a classroom that has STEM integrated into the curriculum it's important that students begin to develop autonomy in the design process. With the help of interactive technology, students can participate in student focused lessons with high levels of interaction and engagement where they work in groups.
This panel will turn our display into an interactive design center where groups of students can collaborate on the design process.
The dry erase pockets and erasers will allow them a place to brainstorm ideas before bringing them to whole group and the pocket folders will allow individual groups to work on designated STEM tasks. The labels will help keep everything organized. Thank you so much for your support of STEM in the classroom.
