Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my students get the supplies they need to create interactive Math notebooks. They enjoy taking notes when they have colorful pens, markers and post-its to create organized references pages. They are then better able to apply their skills once they make their interactive note pages.

My students are working hard and learning high leverage skills needed to succeed in Math and prepare for the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment.

Being able to gain this life skill of writing notes and maintaining an organized notebook will help them advance further in their educational career. We are also asking for a roll of white board self stick adhesive, to create more spaces in our room where we can model think-aloud lessons and note-taking skills.
