Interactive Notebooks

Help me give my students binder discs and a disc punch so we can create user friendly interactive notebooks.

My Project

We are doing interactive notebooks this year for students to use at home and to do review activities to practice skills. Interactive notebooks have a teacher page and a student page. The student pages must be students' own summary of what they worked on in reading, math, social studies, and science. Notebooks, such as spiral and black and white speckled can be used. So can binders. None of these choices is perfect, and all the options have issues that will cause pages to fall out and get lost.

With the discs and punch, there will be no more lost learning from lost pages.

The biggest advantage is that they are easy to use, and pages just pop right back in if they fall out. Please give us the supplies to make successful interactive notebooks where pages do not fall out, wires do not fall out, and our work can be a whole page (and not made smaller to fit in a smaller notebook).

With these supplies, I feel that students will be more motivated to use them. Not only that, the discs can be re-used for future notebooks. It is a win-win for students.
