Interactive Math Notebooks

Help me give my students colorful paper for use in their composition notebooks and the glue to hold it in place.

My Project

Our middle school is a Title I school and having all the same supplies for our students is important. Not all our families can afford the necessary school supplies that are required for a math class. So, the composition notebooks will be used for interactive notebooks and will be used the entire school year. The paper and glue are also a part of the interactive notebooks. They will be used for; charts, diagrams, rules, and color coding for easy retrieval and use.

Half of my students are also serviced by the special education department.

For some students with Dyslexia, colored paper helps them read the printed material easier. The colored pens will be used for grading and the reward punch card set will be used to encourage students to complete their work and turn it in. After years of experience, we have found that students respond better when curriculum is printed on colored paper.
