My students love to explore and create. They are curious children who love to learn by doing and creating. My students come from very diverse backgrounds and yet you would not know it when you walk into the classroom. We all interact and enjoy learning together.
Learning by doing is a focus in my school and classroom.
We are a Title 1 school, that makes the most out of what we have. We don't focus on what we can't do, instead, we focus on what we can do.
They will be able to use real-life skills of counting money in a fun way that will have them coming back for more while playing Pizza Company. They will have to face the challenge of acting quickly while counting out bills and then adding coins.
Coding Jam will appeal to my creative kids who are always making music in the classroom, anywhere they can.
They love to hum little tunes and tap out rhythms on the tables. This interactive game will allow them to create music and play out different tunes. Coding Jam will also allow students to practice a skill that will help them for many years, coding. They can also practice with the original Osmo coding game, where they learn to help other characters.
