My students love to explore math using interactive and tangible items.
Help me give my students supplies to build large coordinate planes that they can move around and experience as humans on a grid.
The tarp will be used as the base, the gray tape will be used for the x and y axes as well as to mark the units, and the colored tape will be used to mark lines and other shapes such as parabolas, exponentials, etc. These interactive coordinate planes will provide hands-on experience for students in grades 9-12.
