it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach K-2 students with IEPs in the Resource Specialist Program. My students require targeted intervention to strengthen foundational skills in reading, writing, and math. This funding request aims to bolster the instructional materials that will provide rich, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. fostering essential skills in literacy, mathematics, and cognitive development
Sandpaper letters and interactive learning centers with manipulatives and games significantly impact learning for K-2 students by engaging multiple senses and promoting active learning.
Games and center activities promote critical thinking and problem-solving, as well as gives students the opportunity to work together, encouraging collaboration and communication.
