Help me give my students flexible indoor seating options, quiet fidget items, and a sink for proper hygiene/handwashing.

My Project

I am seeking funding for essential classroom tools that will enhance learning and provide a structured yet adaptable space for my students. This includes a whiteboard and a portable anchor chart stand (to provide visual support and interactive learning experiences), as well as fidgets and flexible seating options like lap desks (to help students self-regulate, stay engaged, and focus in ways that work best for them). In addition, a classroom sink will be used for handwashing (to promote hygiene, life skills, and independence, creating a healthier learning environment), and the fire safety blanket for when we start our cooking lessons!

In a special education classroom, multi-sensory engagement and movement are key to keeping students focused and motivated.

These tools will allow my students to actively participate in lessons, access calming strategies when needed, and develop the executive functioning skills they need to succeed.
