My Students

When you step through the door into our learning space, you are instantly greeted by 16 eager, friendly faces that want to know why, explore more, dig deeper, and be challenged. They are constantly learning, moving, growing, and exploring their world and the people in it.

Their energy is contagious and their love for learning is so unbridled and natural.

They are learning at an amazing pace and making gains each and every day. They make me so proud to serve and teach them every day. I want to give them the moon because I know in my heart they will do amazing things with it! They always strive to be their best and this project will help them meet that goal!

My Project

This mini photo printer, photo paper, and sticker paper will allow my students, both in the classroom, and at home to bring their learning to the next level in two different ways. We will use the photo printer to take pictures to support their learning and be able to print and share them with other instantly. Also, this printer will allow us to take pictures to go on flow charts, anchor charts, and other visual supports without any delay due to lack of access to a color printer.

A simple little device, this mini photo printer, will amplify our anchor charts, create instant flow charts, and bring our visual supports to life without the hassle of waiting for color copy access.

We will be able to use it in the classroom, in real time, and enhance the way we use visual supports for all students faster than ever before.

This will also provide a unique opportunity for my students to create and construct projects, take pictures of them, and attach those photos to written work to be displayed in the halls and share with those who walk by our classroom. This is a simple way to encourage their hard work, grit, and perseverance when completing STEM and applied learning tasks. It is easy, fun, effective, and it's all thanks to your generosity and support!
