Inspiring Young Artists Through Stories

Help me give my students a cozy, creativity/inspiring book nook filled with diverse art books, a sturdy bookshelf to organize them, that make reading and artistic exploration feel like fun.

My Project

I teach an amazing group of curious, imaginative, and creative elementary students who light up when given the chance to explore and express themselves through both art and stories. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives, which makes our classroom a vibrant place full of potential.

To support their love for creativity and reading, I’m building a special reading corner where students can relax, explore art books, and be inspired by diverse artists and voices.

I already have a cozy couch, and with your help, I’d love to add a sturdy bookshelf to organize and display our growing library, art themed books that reflect different cultures and styles.

These resources will not only support literacy and art appreciation, but they’ll also help my students see themselves as readers, artists, and creators. It’s about more than books. It’s about building confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
