This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The students I service are enthusiastic, hands-on learners. My students absolutely love visual and interactive activities. They enjoy participating in fun, competitive activities with each other. They also enjoy reading and short stories being read aloud to them.

They are eager to learn and full of energy each and every day.

I enjoy being able to watch their minds grow through curiosity and learning experiences. They inspire me to want to do so much more for them, as well as myself!

My Project

Multiple speech goals can be targeted through use of the Sensational flip-book.. It is a great, visual resources and meaningful tool, that will aid in visual reinforcement. The grocery game will help my students with real-life tasks, such as making grocery list, categorizing items, costs efficiency, and time management, by knowing where to locate the items when inside of a grocery store.

My students will be able to have a fun, interactive learning experience, using the Osmo program, while simultaneously working on problem solving skills, comprehension, expressive language, vocabulary, and so much more.

The items I have chosen, will build their interpersonal skills, confidence, and aid them with functional tasks.
