This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hola! Welcome to our school, where creativity and language come together in our vibrant kindergarten classroom! Our young bilingual learners are eager to explore the world through art, but we need your help to provide them with the necessary supplies to unleash their imaginations.

With your generous donations, we aim to equip our classroom with a variety of art materials that will enhance our students' creativity, language development, and cultural appreciation.

Project Goals:

Tempera Paint: We need tempera paints in assorted colors to allow our students to experiment with mixing colors, exploring textures, and creating vibrant works of art that reflect their unique perspectives and cultural backgrounds.

Pencils: Your donations will help us provide each student with pencils, encouraging them to write, sketch, doodle, and express themselves through visual storytelling in both English and Spanish.

Letter Stamps and Stickers: We seek to acquire letter stamps and stickers in both English and Spanish alphabets, enabling our students to practice letter recognition, spelling, and language skills while engaging in art projects and literacy activities.

Markers: We aim to replenish our supply of markers in a variety of colors, allowing our students to add detail and color to their artwork, write bilingual captions, and create bilingual signs and labels for our classroom environment.

Finger Lights: To spark their creativity and imagination, we would like to provide each student with finger lights for a sensory art experience, illuminating their artwork and adding an element of magic and excitement to their creations.

Your donation will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our young bilingual learners. By supporting their artistic endeavors, you are helping to cultivate their creativity, language skills, and love for learning.
