Inspiring Creative Geniuses With Engaging Learning Games & Activities
Help me give my students an Osmo Genius Kit for iPad, Osmo Creative set, math and phonics learning games, and classroom organization.

Teaching first grade is an awesome grade to teach. I love the energy and enthusiasm my students have for learning. They have a thirst for knowledge, and I love to see them learn new concepts. It is exciting to witness the growth and pride they feel when they succeed.
The growth in learning that I witness in my first graders throughout the school year is absolutely phenomenal.
I love to be a part of their growth and learning, to help each child know that they can accomplish anything they put their minds to and that they are important.
Having interactive learning games and activities for my students to engage in greatly enhances their enthusiasm and excitement for learning. My students love to play games, and when they play a game that reinforces skills that have been taught, it brings a lot of enjoyment to their learning and they usually don't even realize that they are actually learning. The Osmo Genius Starter Kit and Osmo Creative Kit is unlike any other tools I have in my classroom for their learning and will be a new and different interactive way for my students to try problem solving skills, build thinking skills, and use their creativity in what I predict to be an enjoyable and engaging manner.
Gaining a strong foundation and knowledge of phonics, reading, and math skills is key to a first grader's success academically.
The phonics and math games will be a definite asset in helping my students develop this foundation and gain fluency and automaticity in these academic areas of reading and math, helping them build self-confidence in their abilities.
Using games and activities that are interactive builds and reinforces academic knowledge and creative thinking skills. Having access to these creative learning games and activities in my classroom will encourage students to explore and practice skills and use their creative minds to be problem solvers. They will be used in centers and learning stations and as free choice activities to build and reinforce skills that have been taught. The Osmo activities provide activities at varying levels of difficulty and will be able to push and challenge students, even advanced students, to explore creative thinking and problem solving skills. In playing the games with their classmates, it will also help develop a sense of community and build social skills as they interact with one another.
