My Project
Building life-long learners is important. One way to create such a space is to create classroom libraries. My math classroom is in need of such a space. Challenging scholars to read everyday in every class allows scholars to develop consistent, sustainable reading habits.
Inspiring a new generation of life-long readers will directly affect the ability of my scholars to become more proficient in mathematics.
This project will help me jump start the much needed library in my classroom.
Many of my scholars will only be able to read when they are on our campus. Providing these books for my classroom library will give scholars the opportunity needed to continue to build excellent reading habits.
