My Project

This small project is geared toward helping my students become better writers through reading.

Great writers are great readers!

This has been my mantra for the last 5 years and it has done wonders in my classroom. The books in this project are all books that will inspire my students to write about their life experiences.

Students need a jumping-off point when it comes to writing and I know these books will be great sentence, paragraph, page, and paper starters! The authors here inspire students to keep going in their thinking! That's what I need in the classroom!
