This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are eager to learn and explore new possibilities!
I would like to teach them about Black Inventors who changed our world and provide for them the tools to explore the engineer design process, as well as all important concepts of science in a hands-on way!
The literature selected is child-appropriate with rich opportunities for discussion and will be sure to inspire our future scientists! The STEM toys and tools selected will allow each child to problem solve in scientific ways by collaborating with each other, as well as by supporting their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills!
