My Project

Insects Alive! but not really! One of our units of studies is on insects. I am requesting a variety of plastic insects, life cycle models and specimen centers so students can sort, explore, inquire and collaborate as we learn. We learn how to classify invertebrates and insects fit into this category. We learn about the various habitats that insects can live in and where certain ones are found around the world. We learn about their environments and how we can help keep their environments safe so animals do not become endangered. These plastic insects, specimen centers and puzzle will be used in a variety of hand-on activities during this unit of study.
