My students need insect learning kits. Painted lady larvae, insect habitat, insect book library, and interactive life cycle kit to learn from.

My Students

My students are eager to learn. They have come to school expecting the most from me. This causes me each year to have to step up my A game. I'm always up for the challenge to teach those who will challenge me. This group of students want to learn and advance their knowledge beyond what they already know and are constantly asking for more advancements.

My students are smarter than me and in order to keep up with them, I have to continue developing myself.

My Project

I am asking for an experience for my students. The materials in the project will allow my first grade students the opportunity to see an insect life cycle take place and understand to the importance of insects.

The Larvae is the actual insect, The habitat will allow us to house the insect for in class observation, the readers will help us do research in regards to the insect and compare it to other insects.

The big reader will allow me to instruct my students on what is happening during the life cycle process. This will be a great hands on exciting time for them.
