Our school is located on the beautiful island of Hawaii. With a student population of well over 800 students in grades K-5, my students come from diverse backgrounds. They come to school with smiles on their faces and the willingness to try whatever may come their way.
They are fun loving, enthusiastic and caring.
They are unique in so many ways.
Their thirst for knowledge is contagious and the pureness in their hearts are sincere. The lessons I learn from my Kindergartners are priceless and immeasurable.
My Project
My Kindergartners really enjoy the hands-on learning activities, art projects, and classroom decorations that I create for them. Having a Cricut Maker will allow me to cut down on the preparation time for a class of 22 students. Currently, I cut out all the materials by hand. With the help of a Cricut Maker, it can bring images to life directly from my computer which I am unable to do. The Cricut maker will also allow me to cut other materials besides paper. This Machine will enable me to create more projects that will inspire my students in a shorter amount of time.
