Our school district supplies iPads for all students. They unfortunately don't supply new chargers. Many of our special education students come to school with iPads that are not charged. We desperately need chargers for students to use in our classrooms, so that they can engage with the learning.
We no longer have a classroom budget for basic supplies.
We are requesting some general classroom supplies to assist our students with projects from their general education classes. The whiteboards give students an alternative to writing with paper and pencil and they are also used when playing educational games. The books are used for book clubs the students are in throughout the school year. In addition, we go through many boxes of tissues and disinfecting wipes every year which we often buy ourselves. Students are often unable to bring them in at the beginning of the year due to economic situations.
