My Project
Every year, my AP students face the challenge of high-stakes testing with determination and grit. As their teacher, I want to provide them with something tangible that builds our classroom community while boosting their confidence during exam preparation.
These AP Test Prep T-shirts will serve multiple purposes in our classroom.
First, they'll create a sense of unity and belonging—when students see each other wearing the same shirt, they'll be reminded they're not facing academic challenges alone. Second, the process of designing these shirts will engage students in a collaborative, creative project that provides a meaningful break from rigorous test preparation while still keeping them focused on their goals.
Students will wear their shirts with pride during review sessions and on test day itself. The shirts will become a physical reminder of their hard work and dedication throughout the year. For many students, this visible symbol of team spirit helps reduce test anxiety and reinforces that they have the support of their peers and teacher.
