Walking into school that morning and seeing my students proudly wearing their colorful, hand-crafted shirts felt precious—we truly had a culture. As they made their way to the testing room, each student stopped to sign my shirt for good luck, creating a moment of connection and confidence before they faced their biggest academic challenge. The countless thank-yous I received weren't just about the shirts; students genuinely felt loved and supported in a way that went far beyond typical classroom interactions.
