Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are eager to learn as for many of them this is their first school experience, ever! The students bring energy, silliness and creativity to school. Each of their personalities and imaginations makes our Kindergarten classroom exciting and vibrant for learning!
In our classroom, we work as a community as we are learning about ourselves and our peers through writing, math, reading, and arts/crafts.
Learning through expressing ourselves is an important part of Kindergarten as we are in the early stages of becoming successful scholars!
My Project
We need ink in order for our students to receive printed materials! With your help, we can continue to print materials and not have to worry about missing out on important material being taught.
Without ink in our printer, I am unable to print materials and extra resources to help our learners grow. The ink would help support additional resources available online for our varied learning styles.
I create emergent reading books and high-frequency word handouts for extra practice and support. Exceptional resources are found online and can be printed and copied off to give to students to work on or to take home. Homework needs to be printed! We need ink! Thank you!
