My students are from East Harlem we are a 4th grade ICT classroom. We are a low-income school. I have students that come from different backgrounds. Many of my students, because they have different backgrounds, struggle in different ways. However, all these struggles help us understand each other culture better.
My students find that our school is their home.
It is where they can have support and love. Most of my students struggle in learning, they have minimal support at home academically and that makes them have challenges. Most of my students also have difficult home lives and I try my best to make their school not just productive but safe and comfortable.
My Project
In order for our school year to go smoothly, we need ink! Our students love technology, and that means printing materials for them. I use the ink to differentiate my students materials in learning in any subject. They also will print out their fictional or essay through the year. In addition, we use the ink either to communicate with the parents or to print their homework. Our students love technology and that is including them loving to seeing projects or activities then have done on their computers. We also print activities to differentiate their learning centers either in reading, writing and math.
