This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
This year, I have the privilege of teaching seventh graders. They love to socialize. They care about their school environment and community. They enjoy learning, but most of them admit to not having help at home to succeed in their academic lives. A lot of them lack the incentive to do their homework and projects at home because of the resources needed to get the work done.
Math is usually the most challenging subject for them.
They could all benefit from any extra help provided at school. Even though I am a math teacher, I plan on providing support for all major subjects.
My Project
I would love to provide my students with a place to print out handouts and papers so that they have all the materials they need to be successful during blended learning. Blending learning is very difficult and I want to be able to give my students the opportunity to be successful.
This printing ink will help my students print out handouts during our math lessons.
For example, when we do solving equations, students will want graphic organizers to help them be successful. I want my students to have all the graphic organizers and notes needed at their finger tips. They will need reference sheets throughout the year to help them not only in math, but in their other subjects areas. Please help me give my students the ink they need to be successful in the math class.
