Inform and Entertain My Second Graders

Help me give my students some of their second-grade FAVORITE books they LOVE and a TIME For Kids subscription because I believe it is important to help the students understand current events!

My Project

My students attend an inner-city school that has K through 8th graders. Most of the students come from diverse backgrounds and struggle academically. School is a place where they are able to learn the love of reading and learning! It is also a place where they can be informed in terms they can understand about current events.

In supporting my classroom's DonorsChoose project you will be supporting the love of reading for students in my classroom.

This support will provide them with some books about their favorite characters, characters we love! It will also support the students in learning about current events in terms they can understand by using TIME FOR KIDS!
