Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Integrating a MacBook equipped with Raz Kids and iReady into my ICT classroom, along with tools like PowerPoint and Google Docs, will significantly enhance English Language Learners (ELLs) and students with special needs opportunities to receive engaging and personalized lessons. Raz Kids provides leveled reading resources that make vocabulary and comprehension more accessible, while Zearn’s interactive math lessons offer visual and hands-on support to simplify complex concepts. iReady’s diagnostic assessments create customized learning paths that cater to each student’s unique needs. PowerPoint and Google Docs will enable the students to have dynamic visual presentations and collaborative documents, making lessons more interactive and stimulating.
This MacBook will be crucial to have to learn advanced methods and strategies while using the tools effectively.
The skills and knowledge will only improve and benefit my students' learning. The MacBook’s ability to run these essential applications smoothly and its versatility in creating, presenting, and collaborating on educational content make it an indispensable tool for enhancing students engagement
To measure the success of this project, I will track student progress and engagement levels and gather feedback from students and parents. Overall, the MacBook will be a vital asset in creating a more effective, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all my students.
