This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Incorporating Play-Doh, puzzle blocks, and Legos for indoor recess is essential because they provide students with fun and engaging ways to stay active and creative while indoors. Despite being confined to the classroom, recess remains an important part of the school day as it allows students to take a break, recharge, and refocus their minds. Providing them with hands-on activities like requested games fosters physical well-being, enhances cognitive skills and problem-solving abilities, and encourages social interaction. These items encourage imagination, collaboration, and exploration, making indoor recess just as beneficial and enjoyable as outdoor playtime.
