My Project

This year I will be teaching first grade. My students need hands on activities to promote teamwork, engineering, and perseverance during indoor recess. Students will be able to model perseverance by building structures using the magnetic tiles and wooden bricks. Students will be able to model teamwork by partaking in various games with others. Lastly, students will be able to partake in various engineering activities by using play doh to make different objects, building structures out of wooden bricks and magnetic blocks, and students will be able to build objects out of the plastic connecting building blocks.
