Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My second graders are still developing their foundational language skills. Each student has their own individualized learning path. I would like to set up a writing center with a new desk and writing materials in my classroom so students can practice writing at their own pace and level.

Setting up an engaging classroom writing center is the perfect way to get kids to write independently, build and practice their skills, and have fun.

The writing center will allow students to better understand the writing process and to become stronger writers at their own pace.

My goal is to help my students become strong and confident writers.
