Independent Living Through Cooking and Math

Help me give my students supplies for learning their mathematics skills through learning to cook. These life skills are needed for my students to live life as independently as possible.

My Project

My students are students who are learning academics that will help them live independent lives in the future. These students are profoundly impacted by a disability that makes it very difficult for them to learn academics in regular education classrooms. My students need these materials to be successful in our new "Math Through Cooking" class. The goal for these amazing students is to learn their mathematics skills while having fun learning to cook and gaining life skills that will allow them to be as independent as possible when they are adults. All students can learn and all students can become functional and contributing members of society. Thank you for your help in supporting these amazing humans on their journey.
