Increasing Language Skills With New Books!

Help me give my students books that they love to work on increasing their language skills and a cart to organize them!

My Project

My students LOVE books! They especially love books with characters or topics they're interested in reading about.

We use books in the speech room to work on answering story questions, building vocabulary, finding our speech sounds in the text and sparking conversation for kids working on social skills.

My younger students are hoping to enjoy books with dinosaurs, unicorns, trucks and their new favorite character, Bluey! My older students are looking for books that are as silly as possible including Scaredy Squirrel and The Little Old Lady Who Swallowed a _____ books.

I'm hoping this project will help to increase their interest in reading! These books will be kept safe in a rainbow storage cart, so they can find their favorite books easily.
