My Project

All kids love to play but play looks different for some of our kids. We want to be able to switch adapt and provide different toys and sensory items to give all kids a chance to be involved during the school day. These switches will allow kids to easily activate different toys/devices/and sensory items. Some of these will also give communication to kids who don’t communicate the same as their peers. The switches can be used in a variety of environments and situations to make choices, deny objects, and communicate basic wants and needs.

Everyone deserves the ability to communicate and engage with their peers.

We are excited to implement these resources district wide and give our kids these opportunities.
