This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of my students with special needs have physical sensory needs that typical classroom seating options do not support or meet. STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) is a great way to integrated content learning with hands-on fun activities for my students. These items I would like for my classroom would benefit my students' sensory needs so that they may access and participate in the enrichment of STEM activities throughout the year! My students would be able to focus better and attend to the STEM lessons while getting their sensory needs met as well. Thank you for reading about my project!
