Help me give my students multicultural books that expose my students to different cultures and perspectives.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Tull's classroom raised $189
This project is fully funded
Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A range of books is needed in the classroom to meet the different interests in my classroom. This project will help build our classroom library with fun storybook characters that teach social and emotional skills, sharing, gratitude, and multicultural holidays and traditions. I have included books about families worldwide to expose students to diverse families.
The books will help students learn strategies to cope with big emotions, communicate their wants and needs, get along with their peers, reflect on their family traditions, and more!
Students will engage with new storybook characters that will teach them to rhyme and grow a love for reading.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
