My Project
Imagine a classroom where every student, regardless of their abilities, can thrive and succeed. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment for our exceptional students with disabilities. With your support, we aim to provide specialized learning tools to open doors to new opportunities.
Your contribution will help us acquire headphones, a vacuum, a sensory lap pad, pencils, books, glue, sensory toys, and personalized learning resources.
Children can use headphones to minimize auditory distractions. Headphones help students to concentrate better on the learning materials, especially in a noisy classroom. Sensory resources provide tactile stimulation and a sense of comfort. The sensory lap pad can be placed on the child's lap, providing a soothing weight, while sensory toys can be discreetly manipulated to help manage anxiety or restlessness. This aids in self-regulation and reduces potential sensory overload. Students can use pencils to brainstorm ideas, sketch concepts, and take notes during discussions. Books provide reference materials and background information for the project.
