This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students in my adaptive PE classes love to participate in PE. It is the highlight of their day!

They love to come into the class with their peers and play every activity that the class is playing.

However, due to limited equipment at our school, these students sometimes have low success with the activities. Having lightweight balls and soft frisbees will help students throw, catch, and play with success.

The soft and small fitness equipment will help students feel comfortable and confident in the fitness room while participating in activities that are usually too difficult.
