My Project

I plan to include STEM activities into different curriculum concepts so that students can see the relevance of STEM and STEM practices in work related fields. I work in a district that is comprised of mainly Title I schools and low income rural environments. In the school that I am focusing on, I want to develop a STEM curriculum and provide them resources to enable them to do this.

What makes our students special is that we are a smaller school within our district, comprised of only around 130 students, but with a family type environment.

We care about all of our students going further in life and making a first generation move in their education and in their success in life. Exposure to STEM concepts and their tie into future endeavors will do just that!
